Refunds

We do not accept any returns due to sanitary reasons. If you have received an item that you are not pleased with, email us with your concern at divinebeauty.customerservice@gmail.com to discuss a refund.

Shipping policy

Processing takes 3-7 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) on regular orders and 2 and 1/2 weeks on wholesale orders. Once your order has shipped, shipping generally takes 1-4 business days. Please be aware that shipping may take longer due to COVID-19. You will receive an email with a tracking number attached to it, once your order has shipped. We are not responsible for any lost packages in transit. Please contact your local USPS if your package is lost.
